Cellex-C

Cellex-C Review

Cellex-C is a skincare line that includes different wrinkle products of all kinds. They have products like an advanced C serum for example, and they claim that all of these will provide you with different benefits of all kinds. Most of their products are actually based around vitamin C at this time, including their Advanced Serum.

History of Cellex-C

Cellex-C products have been largely marketed as luxury products based around the popular vitamin C. It has been marketed by gloProfessional linked back to the Cellex-C USA website. But there is no link to the actual site to purchase the product.

Benefits

The ingredients list is not actually available to the common consumer. But going by what we do know, vitamin C is not a wrinkle fighter. It is an antioxidant that fights free radicals, not actually stimulating the growth of collagen or elastin or otherwise reducing problems.

Side Effects

Side effects are likely to include redness, irritation, flaking, sensitivity to the sun, burning sensations, dry skin, dermatitis, stinging, rash, and inflammation.

Conclusion

We would not recommend Cellex-C at this time. It doesn’t really have valid information or reasoning in general, and the very little information provided is really supposed to put their best face forward. This is obviously not a good sign considering the fact that there are no wrinkle fighting ingredients listed there. You would just be wasting time and money with this product.

  1. Comment

I started using Cellex-C products 15 years ago, in my early 40s. They do work, reliably and thoroughly, and with minimal irritation etc.
Twice in recent years I’ve been persuaded to try another brand (in each case, an expensive department-store line). They didn’t work as well, and irritated my skin
3 months ago (early 2011) I went back to Cellex-C, this time using AgeLess 15, Seline E and GLA Super-Moist. They WORK BEAUTIFULLY. My already pretty-good skin is visibly less lined, softer, clearer and more fibrant.
I’m a red-haired, paper-white-skinned, green-eyed British woman, exactly the kind of skin type that shows age early and badly. Thanks to Cellex-C I look younger than my sister who is 8 years younger than me.
I have no financial interest in Cellex-C, I don’t work in retail or cosmetics or anything like that, but I DO think this is an excellent product line, FAR ahead of anything else I’ve tried.
