TNS Essential Serum has been hailed as “an unpatrolled anti-aging serum.” TNS Essential Serum has two distinct formulas included in each 28.4g and 1oz bottle. TNS Essential Serum’s main ingredients are listed as Human fibroblast conditioned media, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Aminobutyric acid, Hyaluronic filling spheres, Ubiquinone coenzyme q10, vit C & E, Dipalmitoyl Hydroxiproline, EGT, Alpha-Arbutrin, Hydrolyzed silk, Phospholipids, Green Tea extract and Black Berry extract, Saccharomyces Fermant Filltrate Lysate. This product is sold at the price of $237.50

Benefits

The TNS Recovery Complex is located in one chamber and is said to reduce the appearance of fine line and wrinkles, diminish the appearance of age spots and dyspigmentation, improve skin texture, tone and elasticity, and reduce roughness and photodamage (sun damage). The APS Corrective Complex is found in the second chamber and promises to be strengthen your skin’s ability to regenerate, fight against environmental damage and free radicals, as well as smooth and tighten skin.

Side Effects

The only negative side effect we can find in regard to TNS Essential Serum is its deflating result for your bank account. This is one of the higher priced skin care products that we have found. However, this is also one of the few products we have found that is apparently, very highly regarded. We read more than one consumer review that cited a physician or dermatologists as the one who recommend the use of TNS Essential Serum. That is not to be overlooked.

Conclusion

If you are in desperate need of skin care then TNS Essential Serum will probably give you as least some of the results you seek. The price tag is hefty so we would encourage you to discuss the ingredients with your doctor first. You never know what prescription treatment they may be able to give you with the same basic formula and that your insurance might cover. It is worth asking about. If you both determine that TNS Essential Serum would be the best product for your issue than we have no doubt it will help you achieve the results you desire.

What is Eylipex-2?

Eylipex-2 is a skin care product that has been engineered to address the specific concerns of acne, dull and aging skin, redness, irritation, and severely dryness. Eylipex-2 also includes an eye lift circle reducer cream which is sold in a two piece kit, one for day time use and one for night time use. Eylipex-2 is sold exclusively from the nationwide chain of Kohl’s department stores at the time of this review and can be purchased either at your local Kohl’s location or on their website for the price $39.50.

Benefits

Eylipex-2 has gained a modicum of popularity at the Kohl’s department stores and that type of success can usually be attributed to good word of mouth advertising. Unfortunately, that is all speculation as we could not find any verifiable clinical trials or consumer reviews to support the effectiveness of Eylipex-2.

Side Effects

Side effects are generally considered to be bad things but if you think about it, the fact is that you want certain side effects from any skin care product or else you wouldn’t be using it. Eylipex-2 claims that their positive side effects include the reduction of wrinkles, redness, acne, etc… but they have not given us any means of determining whether these promises are valid. Eylipex-2 provides no complete ingredient list for us to compare to proven formulas and thus we cannot measure this product’s potential. The ingredients that Eylipex-2 does list are filler ingredients with no real validity in a skin care formula such as Mala-Plump, Haloxyl PFE, Rhoa-Cite, and Suberlift.

Conclusion

We are never impressed by a skin care line that feels the need to keep essential information from possible customers. It doesn’t make any sound fiscal sense unless the company has something to be ashamed of. For almost $40 we would expect some sense of responsibility from Eylipex-2 in the form of a statistics gathered through clinical trials or, at the very least, a catalog of the elements and amounts used in creating their formulation. Eylipex-2 does not see fit to supply these and therefore we do not see fit to recommend Eylipex-2.

What is Eyeseryl?

Eyeseryl is a formula that is unique in that it is to be used in the targeted problem areas of the face. Developed by Lipotec, Eyeseryl was first intended to reduce black and puffy eyes but has since proven to be beneficial in fighting crow’s feet as well. This product has been clinically studied and the research indicates that Eyeseryl can reduce puffiness and wrinkles, specifically the swollen creases surrounding the eyes. This is important because the skin around the eyes is the thinnest and most vulnerable to the signs of aging.

Benefits

Studies have shown an improvement in test subjects that used Eyeseryl in as little as 15 days. 70% of subjects reported this phenomenon. At the end of testing 95% of the subjects claimed to have seen visible results with the use of Eyeseryl. Eyeseryl works by first preventing glycation within the skin, which results from oxidation of the cells and hardens elastic collagen fibers, resulting in wrinkles. Second, it works against vascular leaking permeability, which prevents fluids from leaking into the tissue and causing puffy eyes. Third, it improves blood circulation, draining baggy eyes and blood that may accumulate and cause dark circles. Then, it promotes skin elasticity, increasing the one of the skin. Finally, it moisturizes skin, to make eyes look their best.

Side Effects

As far as our research has indicated the only side effects you can expect from Eyeseryl are the side effects of decreased wrinkles and fine lines around your eyes and an increase is skin elasticity.

Conclusion

Eyeseryl appears to be one of the most well researched and thoroughly documented products on the current skin care market. This product has even won an award for “best new technology.” It appears that Eyeseryl has the power to deliver all the promises it claims and then some. We have no problem recommending Eyeseryl at this time.

What is Everderm-CL?

Everderm-CL is actually a stretch mark removal cream that is also supposed to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Stretch marks and wrinkles are closely related as both form because the skin has lost its elasticity. This product is supposed to moisturize and tighten the skin. It is also supposed to increase collagen production to help reduce wrinkles, stretch marks, and scars. It contains quite the combination of ingredients so let’s see if it can really help.

Benefits

This product contains some good oils that are good for moisturizing and healing the skin. It also contains a peptide that is supposed to help stimulate collagen production to strengthen the actual fibers of the skin. By doing this is may actually be able to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Side Effects

This product contains quite a few preservatives that can be harmful to the skin especially for those with sensitive skin. We liked a few of the other ingredients, however, we could not find how much of the peptides were in the product. Many only contain about 2.5% which is not enough to really get into the skin to reduce wrinkles.

Conclusion

This product is better than some in the fact that it actually contains peptides. However, we don’t think the amount it actually enough to provide good results. If you’re looking for a product that can really get into the skin to prevent wrinkles you can find products that have peptides formulas of up to above 90%! We suggest finding a product that can provide something more like that. Now for the price this product is being sold at it’s not back, and due to the money-back guarantee then it may be a good one to give a try.

What is Eyesential?

Eyesential is a skin care products that advertises itself as the “beauty secret of the stars.” Amongst some of the celebrities it claims as clientele are actors such as George Clooney. This is a somewhat odd boast to make as George Clooney, as handsome as he is, is not considered to be the paragon of youth or wrinkle-free skin. Despite this quirk, Eyesential states that it can enhance the skin under your eyes and help you to relieve bagginess, fine lines and dark circles.

Benefits

Unfortunately, we could not find any substantial evidence or positive reviews of Eyesential’s boasts beyond what their own marketing department has stated. We prefer products that have been clinically tested and proven, and that have affirmative consumer feedback, above those that have only good comments made by those that stand to profit from them.

Side Effects

Eyesential does not list an ingredient list and therefore we have no recourse for determining whether this product has any hope of being effective or detrimental. It is a risk to begin using a skin care product without first knowing what elements have been included in the formulation since allergic reactions are the main cause of side effects for the skin care industry.

Conclusion

It should also be noted that one of the only reasons for not providing a catalog of ingredients is that the manufacturers are probably hiding something from you. Whether it is an unsafe ingredient or just an ineffective one we couldn’t say but you should avoid using a product that isn’t upfront with you. Eyesential is all talk and no proof. Since Eyesential hasn’t seen fit to find the time to keep potential customers informed than we suggest you follow their lead and not waste your time on their product. We do not recommend Eyesential.

What is Dermalect Cellular Redefining Face Serum?

This serum is a hydrating formula that contains antioxidants that are supposed to help you get the anti-aging benefits you’ve been looking for. Antioxidants are important in any formula to help kill free radicals in order to restore that youthful appearance to your skin. This particular formula works to combine the power of antioxidants with calming ingredients for smoother skin. The main ingredients are Hyaluronic acid, comfrey, green tea, vitamin E, avacado oil, jojoba oil, and safflower. These are very nourishing for the skin. We thought this sounded like a good formula so we have decided to take a closer look.

Benefits

The product contains some great moisturizing and soothing oils. These oils have been shown to be great for the skin. Green tea is also an ingredient that could be beneficial for the skin. It is still being studied, but has been shown to decrease radiation damage on skin.

Side Effects

These products are all natural and should not harm the skin unless you have an allergy. However, if you’re prone to oily skin this may be cause breakouts. We also didn’t notice any real anti-aging ingredients in this formula. It is a great moisturizer, but has no peptides or other wrinkle reducing ingredients.

Conclusion

Those with acne scars and other blemished may benefit from using this product. It contains some good ingredients as far as healing goes. However, it is supposed to be an anti-wrinkle formula. It does not contain any peptides that may actually help reduce wrinkles. We suggest finding a product that can do more than just heal blemishes.

What is DDF Erase Eye Gel?

This wrinkle cream is specially targeted for the areas around the eyes. DDF Erase Eye Gel is brought to you by DDF, or Doctor’s Dermatologic Formula. The company’s motto is “Cleanse, Protect, Treat”. The DDF Erase Eye Gel claims to be able to do all those three with seven natural ingredients. These are designed to help minimize the appearance of those dark circles under you eyes, reduce puffiness, and restore moisture to the skin. By doing all these they say you can not only eliminate current wrinkles, but you can fight against future wrinkles developing.

Benefits

This product contains some good ingredients that have the ability to penetrate into the skin. Glycolic acid has the ability to react with the dermis in order to allow other nutrients to penetrate into the skin. The formula also contains Vitamin C and K which are allowed to penetrate into the skin, and may be good for strengthening capillary walls to prevent dark circles.

Side Effects

Glycolic acid can be irritating to the skin. It is important to make sure you are not sensitive to it’s effects. Be sure to always wear a sunscreen because it may also make your skin more sensitive to the sun.

Conclusion

This product seems to actually have some great ingredients. We couldn’t find an official ingredients list so we’re not sure how much of each ingredient you’re getting. However, if it contains the right amount of glycolic acid and vitamins then it may have some good benefits for your skin. Just make sure they can offer a money-back guarantee.

What is Ella Bache?

Ella Bache is a family company that originated in France in 1936. This line may have begun as a small family business but it is now retailing in over 40 various countries throughout the world. This brand’s longevity is impressive and not to be overlooked. Ella Bache offers five categories of beauty and skin care products including cleansers, classic range, soin bio reparateur, radical age defiance system, and hydra. There is no comprehensive list of ingredients available. The Ella Bache line of skin care products ranges in price from $140.79 to $178.33.

Benefits

Ella Bache obviously has staying power as it has been around for seventy four years. The truth is that a company that offers a service to its clientele has a difficult time staying in business without having satisfied and repeat customers. This leads us to the conclusion that many of Ella Bache’s consumers are loyal and return patrons. We cannot guarantee this, however, as there are no customer testimonials to verify this assertion.

Side Effects

Without a complete roster of ingredients it is impossible to determine what side effects you may encounter. Allergens are the main concern when dealing with skin care products and it is unfortunate that Ella Bache has not taken the time or effort to provide such needed information for the potential consumer. We can tell you that the Ella Bache Radical Age Defiance product include celery and Grenoble walnut extract. Walnut extract may have potential for exfoliation purposes but, as nuts are one of the most common allergies, could potential lead to an allergic reaction.

Conclusion

Ella Bache fails to impress us at this time. The lack of essential information provided for the potential customer leaves much to be desired. We are not discounting the fact that Ella Bache has been around the better part of a century and we aren’t even going as far as to say that their products won’t help you. The fact, at this time, is that we don’t have enough substantial proof of Ella Bache’s superiority or inferiority and, therefore, we are uncomfortable recommending Ella Bache at this time.

What is Elizabeth Arden?

Elizabeth Arden is a well known line of skin care products that have had a large amount of success in the beauty industry. Longevity is never to be underestimated when it comes to consider the potential one product may have over another. Elizabeth Arden offers many products for many issues but one of the most popular and well known is the Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-Aging Treatment. This particular blend of ingredients is said to show wrinkle decreasing results around the facial and eye areas most prone to fine lines and creases.

Benefits

Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-Aging treatment includes a powerful antioxidant called “idebenone.” This ingredient is known as a potent element in the reversal of skin damage accrued due to free radicals. The fact that a product can boast of being from the Elizabeth Arden line is no small matter. This is a brand name that has inspired a great deal of loyalty over the time since it was established. This is a company that is careful in developing its products as it seems to put the needs of the consumer at the foremost of engineering and manufacturing. These products are also easy to find either online or at department stores or other local retailers.

Side Effects

Elizabeth Arden does not list a comprehensive catalog of all of Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-Aging Treatment’s ingredients and therefore it is next to impossible to determine what side effects, if any, could be sustained or, at least, suspected. This is discouraging as one of the most effective ways of determining a products potential benefits and detractors is its roster of ingredients.

Conclusion

Based on name and reputation, Elizabeth Arden would be an excellent option for those who aren’t willing to risk spending a good chunk of money of a brand new (i.e. less proven) product. However, there are other products available that are established as proven wrinkle fighters and that provide you with a complete list of ingredients. In the end it is up to your discretion which means more to you, reputation or information.

What is Captiva?

This product line includes a c moisturizer, a night revitalizer, an ultimate c repair and renew, a day rejuvenator and dermasatin FL. Whether or not these products work is the ultimate question, however. This product line claims that it can give you maximum results, smooth away blemishes and give you the skin you’ve always wanted. They say nothing about helping with wrinkles though. This product line comes with some side effects and we are questioning whether there really is anything to this product line at all. Products cost around $48 depending on the retailer.

Benefits

This product line does come with a 2 month free trial which we like. And also, there is a 30 day money back guarantee which makes the product even more appealing. The products also include green tea, DMAE and argireline which have some wrinkle reducing properties. However, all of these properties are short term.

Side Effects

These products do not come with a full ingredients list which makes us very skeptical. Because we don’t know what exactly is in these product, there could easily be some chemicals that could cause irreversible damage to your skin and irritate the skin completely.

Conclusion

Overall, we don’t recommend this product. Not only are we questioning their credibility because they give virtually zero information on the product, but they don’t seem to have anything that is all that great about it. There are plenty of other products out there that work a ton better and that actually give you the information you are looking for. We recommend that you find something else. Do a bit more research, compare ingredients, and compare prices to find something that fits you.
