Philosophy: A Pigment of Your Imagination Review
Rid yourself of wrinkles, simplify sunspots and moisturize with one simple application. Philosophy: A Pigment of Your Imagination claims they can give you everything to keep your skin radiant and glowing for years to come.
Developed in the 1990s, Philosophy was created around the idea that customers should feel special and beautiful on the inside and out. Now owned by L’Oreal, Philosophy and BioMedic have kept their methods consistent and says they can offer you the best of the best in skin and sun care products.
The Product
Philosophy: A Pigment of Your Imagination, is made from some of the top notch all natural ingredients, designed especially for sun ravaged skin. These ingredients, including Kojic Acid, Mulberry Root, Castor Oil and Glycerin Glycol, combine together to provide the perfect blend for skin enhancement, lightening and protection.
Adding in a touch of SPF-18 is what Philosophy says gives them the upper edge on the competition. This skin care solution can not only help reduce your already sun in dark spots, but can help prevent new ones from forming.
What Do Consumers Think?
Consumers are split down the middle when it comes to this product. There are a number of consumers that rave about the effectiveness and texture of this product. They say it helps keep their skin moisturized throughout the day and has, in fact, left them feeling younger and more rejuvenated.
However, other consumers say it leaves their skin oily, causes breakouts and they have yet to see the results.
You may also want to be aware that your overall experience with this cream may depend on skin type and ability to follow directions. (Usage requires less than a dime size amount for the entire face).
Our Recommendations
Upon further research it appears that Philosophy: A Pigment of Your Imagination is no longer in production. It is also no longer available for sale through the Philosophy website, although you may be able to find it on similar retail websites.
However, because of mixed reviews, inconclusive results, lack of researched and clinical trials we would recommend staying away from this product. Of course at this time it will also be hard to obtain.
