What is Skinceutical Eye Cream?

Skinceutical Eye Cream claims that you will finally be able to get all the good results you want. It’s a Skinceutical product that was created after a rise in popularity in eye creams in general. They claim to eliminate environment related skin damage and the wrinkles that ensue, effectively staving off premature aging. They certainly have an original formula to say the least. In fact, once could say that they have a formula that you will not find anywhere else.

History of Skinceutical Eye Cream

Skinceutical Eye Cream is part of a company started in 1997. They have sold products through multiple third party retailers, and since then, they have created more products than most companies create in 150 years of business. But then again, they started out in a market that was highly conducive to these kinds of practices, more so than it was 150 years ago.

Benefits

This formula has gotu kola, which is like caffeine in a way. In other words, if circumstances were right, it could actually “wake up” the skin. However, of course, it has not actually been proven to have any effect on the skin. Moreover, it should be noted that frankly speaking, caffeine does not reduce wrinkles, it only brightens skin. This being said, their other ingredient is an element created by bacteria to protect their cells from damage. Does it apply to skin the same way protecting skin cells? One couldn’t really say. They haven’t done any studies on this, and frankly protecting cells does not reverse the common signs of aging as you would hope an eye cream would do.

Side Effects

They don’t actually disclose a full ingredients list. So we couldn’t say what side effects might be. However, you could assume that they have quite a few harmful preservatives, which would explain why they do not disclose a full ingredients list. These would come with side effects such as redness, feeling of warmth, irritation, itching, peeling, redness, hyperpigmentation, increased sun sensitivity, stinging, and dermatitis.

Conclusion

We would not recommend using Skinceutical Eye Cream. The plain and simple fact is that it won’t work. As far as we can tell, it’s highly unique, because everybody else has the good sense to realize that these ingredients have nothing to do with skincare or wrinkles for that matter! This being said, Skinceutical Eye Cream will only waste your time and money, and you could certainly find something better. You could easily find something that wouldn’t put you at such great risk for fallout such as skin related side effects at the very least.
